A) – FOR WITH MATERIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:-
1. Max Height will be 17′ from column footing level to slab level
2. We provide only one gate for one room.
3. Soil filling will be extra charge as per required till plinth level
4. Ground to plinth level height construction charge will be extra
5. We provide one kitchen and 2 bathrooms per floor; extra bathroom & kitchen fitting will be charge.
6. Rate Calculated as per covered area.
7. Deluxe category and luxury suite house area should be minimum 2000 square feet.
8. All rates are approx. rate it will be amendment as per Design and owner choice.
9. All rates are exclusive GST; GST will be 12% Extra.
10. Any type of changing in brand will be charge by client due to construction work
11. Any type of changing in drawing after construction will be add extra in quotation including cost of
demolish to reconstruction as per market cost value.
12. Water and Electricity shall be provided by Client at site.
13. Proper space for stacking the material/ store will be provided by client.
14. Construction work will be done as per finalize drawing and availability of the material on site in
order to attain the work on time.
15. The bill will be raised depending on the progress of the work; same shall be released within seven
days after submission of the bill.
B) – FOR DRAWING & ENGINEERS VISIT:-
1. Engineer visit charge – 2500/- per visit
2. Office Supervisor visit charge – 500/- per visit
3. Consultancy Fee – 5/- per square feet
4. For elevation design we will change max two time after that we will charge extra as per changing
5. For client own choice elevation have to provide reference photos and all that we will create ASAP
